Our story

I’m Vinnie.
I like the jobs that make me think.

I’m the person you’ll speak to at the start, and I stay closely involved through the design, making and final fit.

Vinnie, the face of Fallon Bespoke Joinery

My background

Built from curiosity. Shaped by experience.

My connection to the building trade started well before my apprenticeship. I had family in the industry, so at weekends I would go in, earn some pocket money and help wherever I could—even if that only meant sweeping up. More than anything, I asked questions. I wanted to understand how things went together, why one method worked better than another and what separated a rushed job from one done properly.

That curiosity developed into a career in carpentry and a proper grounding through an apprenticeship. I worked across different areas of the trade, but wardrobes and fitted furniture were the jobs that held my attention. Every room brought a different problem to solve: awkward walls, sloping ceilings, hidden storage or a particular way a customer wanted the space to work.

Over time I realised I wanted to build something of my own. Fallon Bespoke Joinery developed gradually, starting with me working from the van and on site. Each project led to the next, and the work became more detailed, more ambitious and more demanding.

With the backing of my business partner, Sean, the business grew beyond me working from the van. We moved into a larger workshop, invested in machinery and brought design, manufacturing, spray-finishing and installation under one roof. That control allows us to take on bigger and more complex projects without losing sight of the small details.

Today I remain hands-on alongside a small team. I am proud of the workshop and equipment we have built up, but even more proud of the reputation behind it. Customers trust us with important parts of their homes, and I want every finished job to justify that trust.

“I enjoy trying new methods, doing things I haven’t done before and making every job slightly different.” — Vinnie

Meet Sean

Building the capacity behind the craftsmanship.

Sean helped Fallon Bespoke Joinery grow from a van-based operation into the workshop business it is today. He supported the investment in the workshop and machinery, helped establish the business side and connected the joinery team with larger projects across the Fallon Group.

Sean remains involved in the wider business and helps bring together projects where bespoke joinery forms part of a larger build. For customers, that means we can take on more complex work while keeping the joinery personal, considered and closely managed.

How I work

No middlemen. No standard answer forced into the room.

We design, manufacture, spray-finish and install our own furniture. Keeping that work in-house means I can stay close to the details and make changes for the room, rather than asking you to choose from a set of standard sizes.

I enjoy finding the practical answer—how a wardrobe fits beneath a sloping ceiling, where the cables disappear in a media unit, or how a pantry can be hidden within a kitchen run. The finish matters, but so does making the room easier to live with.

Designed
Around the room and the way you use it.
Made
By us, with control over every detail.
Sprayed
For a consistent, furniture-quality finish.
Fitted
Carefully, cleanly and properly finished.

What you can expect

A straightforward process, with me involved throughout.

I’ll listen to what you need from the room, offer practical ideas and explain what will work. Once the design is agreed, I keep the same care and attention running through the workshop and into your home.

Customers often mention reliability, communication and attention to detail. That matters to me just as much as the finished photograph.

Part of the Fallon Group

Joinery that can work with the wider build.

When cabinetry forms part of a larger renovation, extension or new build, we can work alongside our sister companies while keeping the joinery properly considered.

Customer feedback

What homeowners say.

Quality matters, but so do reliability, care and making the process straightforward.
